Pool and Poolhouse

The pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family, friends and neighbors. Please be sure, though, that all family members using the pool read and abide by the pool information and rules. We ask that you respect the overall purpose of these guidelines, as well as the lifeguard’s responsibility in making the pool and enjoyable and safe experience.

Hours of Operation
At least one lifegaurd will be staffed at the pool during the following hours of operation:
Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Monday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Tuesday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Wednesday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Thursday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

Note about Pool Parties
If you are planning a party, please contact the lifeguard to schedule a time. There is a $25 fee, plus a refundable $75 deposit required. If you are planning on using a grill other than the one that is provided, it will be necessary to have the grill placed in the grass area or outside the building in the parking lot.
Individual homeowners are responsible for any and all damages to the common areas.

Pool Pass and Guest
Each time you enter the pool area, please sign the log book and immediately show your pool pass to the lifeguard. If your HOA dues are correct, you may pick up your passes at the Homeowners meeting held at the pool on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Please make every effort to pick up that evening even if you aren’t able to stay for the dinner & board member vote. You will not be permitted the pool without the current passes.

Please contact a member of the pool community if you should need to purchase additional or replacement passes for your family. Replacement pool passes will be $5.00, payable upon receipt.

Please also be aware that lifeguards will be checking pool passes throughout the season. We ask your understanding and cooperation as this is a part of their jobs and we are trying to maintain the pool for enjoyment of the HML residents. You are welcome to bring guests, however, you must either present a guest pass (10 single-use guest passes will be distributed with your pool pass per year) to the lifeguard on duty or pay the lifeguard a guest fee of $2.00/guest upon entrance to the pool area.

Please contact the Pool Committee here if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions related to our HML pool.

Tim Sherman with Upstate Pool Management (864-967-8918) will be managing our pool this summer. Upstate will again be offering swimming lessons, sign ups and additional information will be available at the pool.
